"This is a very small hotel, about 30 rooms, right at the foot of the ski slopes, with stunning views all round. Stayed there for a weeks skiing with a friend (the skiing is great there). The staff were all lovely, really helpful, hotel spotless, beautiful lounge and terrace, comfy dining room with log burner, and bar on the end of the hotel. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "

One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. "Lovely traditional property with really friendly staff. Decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Would have preferred the bathroom and toilet to be a single room, rather than separate, but I guess that's difficult to change / update. Good breakfast choices, free parking and bar prices very good value. Very close to the pedestrian centre of Megève, which is very pretty and has a large selection of places to eat/drink."
"We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs already and this is totally unacceptable. To our disgust, we left and I reported to Expedia right away. Now the hotel is claiming code was sent. Again we never received it! We are demanding a refund."
"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
